Standard escrow
The buyer requests to purchase, the seller accepts, and the transaction follows the full escrow flow through credential review, payment authorization, release, and completion.
Instant Buy
On eligible listings, the buyer pays with their WeFame balance immediately. The full payment remains held until secure delivery, buyer confirmation, and escrow-agent review are complete.

Transfer is verified
The assigned escrow agent reviews the credentials and confirms that the transfer can continue.
Seller payment is authorized
After verification, the buyer completes payment to the seller using the agreed payment method.
Deal is completed
Credentials are released, the buyer confirms receipt, and the transaction closes.

What is the difference between standard escrow and Instant Buy?
Standard escrow begins with a purchase request that the seller must accept. Instant Buy lets the buyer immediately pay the listing price and escrow fee from their WeFame balance on eligible listings. Both flows keep delivery and release under WeFame protection.
How does Instant Buy work after checkout?
WeFame holds the listing price and escrow fee. The seller submits secure delivery details, the buyer reviews and secures the item, and an assigned escrow agent or administrator reviews the transaction before releasing the seller payment.
Does buyer confirmation automatically pay the seller?
No. The buyer’s “I have secured the item” confirmation moves the transaction to agent review. Seller funds remain held until an authorized escrow agent or administrator releases them.
How much is the escrow fee?
The escrow fee is 10% of the listing price with a minimum fee of $10. The buyer pays the fee, and the amount is shown before the transaction starts.
What happens if the buyer or seller opens a dispute?
The transaction is frozen and the money remains held. The assigned escrow agent or an administrator reviews the chat, delivery, and transaction history before deciding whether the transaction should continue, payment should be released, or the buyer should be refunded.
What is refunded when an Instant Buy transaction is cancelled?
When an authorized agent or administrator cancels and refunds an Instant Buy transaction, the full listing price and escrow fee are returned to the buyer’s WeFame balance.
Where should sellers send credentials?
Credentials and transfer instructions must be submitted only through the secure delivery or escrow vault provided inside the transaction. They should never be posted in ordinary chat.
Can every listing use Instant Buy?
No. Instant Buy is available only when the seller enables it for the listing and the feature is available on the platform. Other listings continue using the standard purchase-request flow.
