These terms govern your use of WeFame, including marketplace activity, escrow transactions, user responsibilities, and platform rules.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeFame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use WeFame.
Marketplace Rules
All listings must accurately represent the social media account being sold. Placing contact details in listing descriptions is prohibited. Selling accounts containing contact information within the account is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
Escrow Service
All transactions are processed through our escrow service. Buyers pay an escrow fee of 10% (minimum $10). Credentials are held securely until verification is complete. WeFame acts as a neutral intermediary and does not guarantee the continued operation of any transferred account.
Payments
Payments are processed via cryptocurrency. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined through our dispute resolution process.
Disputes
Either party may file a dispute during an active escrow transaction. Our escrow team will mediate and make a determination. Decisions by our team are final.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not attempt to bypass the escrow system, provide false information, harass other users, manipulate reviews, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
WeFame provides a marketplace platform and escrow service. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or continued operation of any social media account. Our liability is limited to the escrow fees collected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
